Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on TurboFilter.shop are digital and are delivered instantly upon purchase. As such, traditional order cancellations do not apply in the same way they do for physical goods.

2. Order Cancellation
Once your payment is processed and access to the software is granted, the order cannot be canceled. This is due to the nature of digital products—once delivered, they cannot be returned.

3. Automatic Subscription Renewals
We do not currently offer automatic renewals. All plans are one-time purchases for the duration you select (1 month, 6 months, or 12 months). Therefore, no cancellation of recurring payments is needed.

If subscription-based billing is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly and all users will be notified.

4. Exceptional Cases
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a cancellation before software access is granted or if a duplicate order was placed. In such rare cases, please contact us immediately with your order details.
